A Turkish beekeeper, Ibrahim Sedef, faced over $10,000 in damages from bears raiding his hives.
To turn the problem into an advantage, he set up bowls of honey for tasting and found the bears preferred the premium Anzer honey, worth up to $300 per kilogram.
