Both of you are wrong. It's "You're" which is a combination of "You" and "Are". "Your" is a possessive term. The proper way of "your" would be: "Hey, is that mine?" "No, that's yours". And for "You're" it would be: "Is 10*10 equal to 100?" "You're correct".
