You're the one not acting like a grown-up. You do not understand gender. Quit arguing with me if you don't like what I have to say. I'm not going to change my mind because some troll who hasn't done any research hassled me on imgflip.
No, your point is invalid. The pope said that bread is Jesus' physical body. He is the one that I was ribbing in the meme. Gender is not defined by chromosomes. Keep trying though.
Sex refers to the biological classification of male, female, or intersex. Gender refers to a person's self-representation as male or female, or how that person is responded to by social institutions based on their gender presentation. There have been cultures which acknowledged a gender role other than male or female. Autism is not associated with the type of bizarre delusion that you describe. Your arrogance is not warranted, because your simplistic dogmatism shows no engagement with literature on gender.
First of all, I have never met or heard of anyone who claimed a species as their gender, so that is nothing more than a straw man. Secondly, transubstantiation suggests that there is a disconnect between substance and accidents, so that the substance of Christ's body can be truly present under the appearance of bread, even though the physical properties of bread remain unchanged. My suggestion is that that could be true of transgender people too, e.g. the substance of woman could be truly present under the appearance of man, even though the physical properties of man remain unchanged. For the pope to refute transgender people, he has to deny that there can ever be a disconnect between substance and accidents, which would in turn invalidate his belief in transubstantiation. I have not ridiculed his belief in God.
First of all, gender is a social construct, and it is clear that you've never done five minutes of research on gender, so your dogmatism is not warranted. Secondly, my point is that the pope still upholds the doctrine of transubstantiation, which tells us that the church can redefine a piece of bread to be the real, physical flesh of Jesus of Nazareth, despite all physical appearances to the contrary, yet professes to have a problem with the idea that a person can "choose" their own gender. To me, that is just absurd. Thirdly, you clearly have no idea what autism is, which has nothing to do with being transgender, or even with believing that you are anything other than a human being.
