I also really enjoyed Solo Leveling, though I recommend the manga instead- it's much longer and comes in color. I'm honestly really impatient for the next season, because it won't come out in a while.
"Bungo Stray Dogs" if you're into high-stakes, gritty mystery that occasionally takes a comedic turn.
"Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" if you're into slice-of-life, more character-indulged stories.
"Rising of the Shield Hero" if you're into dark fantasy with deep worldbuilding.
"Moriarty the Patriot" if you're into British murder mystery (or if you liked Death Note).
"Demon Slayer" if you're into intense combat that doesn't hold back on casualties.
