The refrigerant used in freezers is mostly r134, and that evaporates in -25c and 1 atm pressure, and assuming the r134 enters the evaporator with 0.2 psig (1 atm), then yea... if its perfectly thermally sealed and the food inside was already under -25c, then it'll stay on that temp.
