It is not the whole point of Proposition 50. And we don’t think it’s only bad when Republicans do it. Since 2019, Democrats have tried many times to make gerrymandering illegal for everyone, not just Republicans, with multiple bills being brought to a vote. But every single time, zero Republicans voted yes. So it’s not that Democrats only care when Republicans do it, they’ve tried to stop it for both sides, and Republicans blocked it.

Did you know that the Massachusetts map was signed by a Republican governor? Republicans aren’t concentrated in one district there.

Hawai’i is a very blue state. Members of the GOP aren’t concentrated enough there either.

Delaware only gets one seat and it’s a winner-take-all situation so there so has nothing to do with gerrymandering.
