The dog on the right is my friends dog. Scooby is 16 years old in this pic, has been on a PMR style raw diet since she obtained him at ~2 years old, never had any dental cleaning done, no scalings, no tooth brushing, etc. The one on the left is KoKo a 6 year old dog that is fed kibble and treats. Six teeth needed extraction after that photo was taken.
