Hooded One is a holy-style undead human, like a physical ghost. He was killed thousands of years ago in the cataclysmic failure of a large forcefield keeping water out of the deep sea city he lived in, called Deeparth. He was sent to this universe due to a misfired teleportation spell, roughly 2 years after he was resurrected.
