Slashes through dimensions to hit the enemy. Ignores Protect and Substitute.
May cause Inversion (target’s stat boosts flip) for 3 turns.
Behavior & Personality:
It is a solitary predator, appearing only during major temporal rifts or eclipse events.
Seems to exist in multiple times at once—often moving or reacting before its opponent even attacks.
It is hyper-aggressive and territorial but also strangely intelligent, stalking prey and luring them into fractured zones where the laws of physics begin to break down.
Pokédex Entry:
"Tyrannodistortus, the Abyssal Tyrant Pokémon.
Said to be the result of a corrupted resurrection, this terrifying beast stalks both the present and the past. Reality bends and screams around it, and those who gaze into its shifting eyes report seeing their own future death."
Type: Rock / Ghost
(Alternate Form: Rock / Dark or Dragon / Ghost)
Classification: Abyssal Tyrant Pokémon
Design Overview:
Form & Silhouette:
A towering, warped tyrannosaur with a heavily distorted skeletal structure—its limbs and neck bend at impossible angles, and its jaws split open unnaturally wide like something out of a nightmare.
The head has Tyrantrum’s jagged jawline and crest, but split vertically and partially unhinged, with glowing, shifting eyes floating in sockets.
The body retains Tyrantrum’s rock-armored plating, but it’s cracked, shifting, and constantly phasing in and out of alignment, as if time and space are breaking around it.
Distortion effects pulse around it—fractals, twitching afterimages, and warping space.
Lore & Abilities:
Tyrannodistortus is believed to be the fossilized remains of a Tyrantrum corrupted by distortion energy from another dimension—possibly the Distortion World or a failed experiment in time-space resurrection.
It is partially intangible, fading in and out of visibility like a glitch in time.
It doesn’t roar—it emits a disjointed echo that seems to come from behind the listener.
