True, but empathy and humility offset ego and narcissism. The difference between an egotistical and empathic leader is the difference between a Dictator and a President.
Very true, I agree. Trump had the potential to be a great President but he just didn't learn how to be empathic or how to be humble... Arrogance can be a huge weakness, a fatal flaw, because at the end of the day, the President is supposed to look out for the interests of not just America and it's institutions or the wealthy, but the meek as well whose voices are silenced by the roar of the crowd, whose needs are overlooked.
