First one, explosions takes his armor off. Granadier sounds good.
Second one is slow af. So just go with fire, bullets and melee combat, Simple.
Third one is a toughie. Demon's main point is just attack everything, but he doesn't do it when there's something in front of him. So block his way with your stuff, even units work out, then shoot him down while he's distracted.
