You can in my state too, but the state passed a law to allow it, giving you permission. You should just be able to. I think that’s a right. A law shouldn’t have to be passed to make it legal.

Correct, but I’m a Libertarian, so to me the government has a monopoly on supposedly legal violence. The government does things that normal citizens would be arrested for doing. Anytime the government forces someone to do something against their will it either includes violence or the threat of violence.

Are you asking if an arrest is inherently violent or if that arrest in particular was violent?

I said invading…attacking is probably a more accurate description of what we did.
