Newsflash #1...Kamala is descended from slave-owners because her slave-owning ancestor raped an enslaved ancestor. That's how it works with black people. And no one cares if you think that reflects negatively on black people; it doesn't.
Newsflash #2: Anyone who can trace direct descent to a rapist also (by default) traces descent to a RAPE VICTIM. So GTFOH with that "you wouldn't be here if it hadn't happened" nonsense; if it hadn't happened, an African victim of human trafficking wouldn't have endured the pain and humiliation of rape!
Oh, I get it. You're deliberately misunderstanding the implications of being enslaved by the very man who brought you into the world by raping your mother. BTW, just about every black person you've ever met in your life is descended from a mixed-race child of a slave-owning white man and an enslaved black woman, myself included. But keep right on pretending that *I* benefitted from the practice.
Newsflash! The majority of black people living in the "New World" can trace their descent partially to slave owners. Apparently, the white men who owned slaves thought that sexually exploiting/raping the enslaved black women under their control was a right they had. And, yes, they absolutely believed that enslaving their own children was something they were allowed to do.
