Robinhood. I believe binance but you have to buy crypto to exchange for doge on binance if I’m following my ps and Qs with my research. There are def. other ways but, right now I think Robinhood is your easiest bet. You don’t actually hold your dogecoin... so you can’t take you coins out of Robinhood. But, you can still buy and sell shares of dogecoin on Robinhood and hopefully they catch up. But, we might be waiting a minute for it all to catch up.
