hey, fellow nerd here (of the magic the gathering variety). Being nonbinary or choosing to use neopronouns isn't really recognized as a mental disorder. additionally, using preferred pronouns doesn't have to be confusing! Just use they/them for people you dont know, ask them their pronouns if you want to know them better, and just remember those! If you think about it, it's really no more complicated than using he/him for a feminine looking guy, or she/her for a masculine looking girl.
