I know 49.9% is less than half, the 2/3 voters who turned out to vote, almost 1/2 voting Trump, 1/2 voting Harris, Trump votes surpassed Harris votes by 1.5% and 1/3+1/2 not Trump majority. Yes it's a small margin.
