Twisted Poppy, Cosmo, Astro, and Sprout too, but not in the same exact sense.
Poppy and Cosmo have frowns, Poppy's seeming more like one of anguish however
Sprout, despite having no visible mouth, has his eyes seemingly show that he's in pain and feeling a lot of guilt
And Astro is basically the same case as Sprout, minus the missing mouth part.
To put it simply
It all has to deal with the eyes and mouth expressions that determine their alignment
If it makes you feel better, I keep getting Rare Twisteds (usually Twisted Glisten) at or around Floors 1-3 and Main Character Twisteds (most commonly Pebble) before floor 10
I once had a run where Twisted Astro showed up MORE THAN 5 TIMES IN THE SPAN OF 10 FLOORS
