*The waiter leaves the table as UO stretched out.*
UO: Okay, now that we're all here, I think it's about time I tell you about what I had to go through.
Todd: Alright Operative, let's hear it.
*UO looks at Todd for a bit before he spoke again.*
UO: I go by UO, as that's what I was called by my squad.
Todd: Alright UO, you have our attention.
*UO clears his throat and he begins to tell his tale.*
UO: I was part of one of the first Operative squads out here, along with another Operative named Gas Mask Man, and some others. We were just supposed to survey the infected and send our findings to Omega, and we had a nice spot out near Muldraugh. Close to the road, but far from towns, so we didn't get much traffic besides a few shamblers. It was alright for the first three weeks, then one day, me and Gas Mask woke up to the sounds of the lower floors being breached by the infected. A horde somehow descended onto our location and swarmed us, and I mean it was a massive horde too, not just seven or ten, no, there were literally hundreds around the place, and they got the guys below, and we had to abandon post, and we just ran down the road, going further and further away from the post as we could, not looking back. After what felt like fifteen minutes, we stopped, and Gas Mask said we should split up to see if we could get a clear connection to Omega that shit hit the fan, and that was the last I saw of him. I went two days without hearing anything over his radio before I found a small substation near part of the road. It was silent and I was curious, and I opened the door to a trap and... well, got bitten on the neck. While I did turn, I still had some control somehow, and I could still see and hear, but moving wasn't entirely good at first. I heard that Omega was going to deploy a full Zombie Killer division with NightHammer 7 to clear a base to try and secure a position. The team went silent after an hour over the radio, and from there, everyone was deployed in a "Search and Recover" move, and the entire CVPA was wiped out. Omega Hauler, the boat that Omega was on, was left in one of the ports, with zombified Operatives all around it, and the last message that got out was "Attention to anyone who can hear this: Earth has succumbed to a zombie virus, and the CVPA has fallen to it. Don't try to play the hero and do not try to enter the planet." and was set to loop, but I guess the warning was ignored.
