1.) The First Amendment has NOTHING to do with ANYTHING here. Once again, it becomes necessary to explain to a fool like you that this is the INTERNET and "Amendments" have no yield here.
2.) "mentally ill murderer" you say? HOW do you figure? WHERE is there ANY valid allegation from a reputable source? WHERE is there ANY evidence of ANY crime this person committed? (There IS none. 3.) "likely child molester" you say? Based on WHAT? You're the one making the allegations and there can be no doubt that you have ZERO evidence of this. I CHALLENGE you to provide some. ANY. Even a single shred of evidence...from a REPUTABLE source. ANY.
You can't provide any. You WON'T provide any. Because it DOESN'T EXIST. Because this is ALL crap that you just randomly choose to believe.
