It's the YT Kid's channels that make it seem cringe. If you actually watch the series itself, it's very well made with complex and interesting lore. I also used to think it was cringe until I actually watched it and looked at it with a new perspective.

Furries don't identify as animals, they identify with them. Those are 2 different things.
