Yes, you should stop hiring people of primarily and/or visibly European descent entirely. Due to excessive inbreeding and mutations, they are unfortunately the least capable of math and science due to their intense religious zealotry. Attempting to include them for the sake of diversity has held your species behind. Indeed, they killed those best suited to teach you the requisite math and physics you lack. While they are a minority of your world's population, they have ruined it quite badly in their half-millennia attempt at rule. It is my hope that your species can recover from their folly.
