This Is the conversation starter for someone who was storing something at a building I own. They were having trouble with the door, I started to come over, when they called back saying everything was fine and not to bother. When I visited next, parts were missing. A couple weeks later, replacement parts appeared. I'm very confident I know what happened, and I appreciate the new parts, but I'd like the guilty party to own up verbally to having damaged my property.
