Maybe the body-cam footage will contest this? I just watched it. On the right side of the vehicle there was the driver's wife shouting "drive baby drive!" and it looked like the car was beginning to head straight for the officer. I'm not sure if she tried to intentionally run over the cop or not.

you mean the guy infront of the car that fired the gun?

Didn't she try to run over one of the cops while escaping them? Wouldn't that be using a car as a weapon?
