Personally I think it’s fine to ship characters as long as it’s harmless. If you don’t harass people, or promote/support zoophilia/pedophilia/incest, in my opinion, shipping is perfectly fine.
Not meaning to be argumentative, just curious, why is shipping inherently a problem?
That has to be the dumbest thing to get mad about- like I’m sorry that happened to you bro- Like I personally don’t ship it, I think of them more as maybe like a mentor and student or older sister younger brother but I get that canonically they’re not related- That’s such a dumb thing to get mad about
