As a fan of music, DJs and the passion from it, to me, I could care less if you use a sync button or not, HOWEVER, it will dictate the level of respect I will have for you as an actual DJ.
As a fan, I do not dictate what a dj is, but, I do dictate my own standards for respect.
The true art of DJing requires many skills, one being the ability to beat match. PERIOD. You know how to beat match, and you use sync to make a mix and share online, who cares. That does not matter to me.
But, if I go to see you preform at a show, a club, concert, or an event, BEAT MATCH on your own, otherwise, you are defrauding me of the experience I came for, and you will lose my respect.
