This meme originated from the Russian Animated film Sheep and Wolves. Now, the actual scene was Ragear’s (former) henchmen Skinny & Hobbler warning Ragear about Grey and how he’s turned into a ram. Basically, this template is used in a similar manner to that of Mr. Krabs choking Patrick.
