I guess realistically he'd probably use the money to purchase tickets on overbooked flights, recoup on the refunds and rack up some miles at the same time, and then use a portion of the money to buy scrap rubber, repurpose it into flotation devices, push them all out to the ocean, and probably set up some kind of foundation/offer his own corporations tax subsidies to collect money for "refugee relocation", and divert all the funds to off shore holding corporations.. He may run his businesses to disastrous results but it's not like he doesn't turn a profit.
