Those controled the 'Special Features' reserved for Mommies while the children were at school.

Used for a few games. Kirby 64 was the first I played that used them consistently.

Which arrows? The D-pad or the C-buttons?

The D-pad. All of time I spent playing Nintendo, I don't recall ever using those.

kirby 64, namco museum, star soldier, those are ones that use it.

I used my Nintendo 64 to play racing games like Cruisin' USA, Cruisin' World, NASCAR 99 and NASCAR 2000. I used the stick 90% of the time to steer the car. The other 10% was when I used the directional pad to navigate through menus.

Well,I have Top Gear Rally on my Nintendo 64.You an set the controls to steer with the D-Pad,but I use the Controller Stick

Pokemon Stadium uses them.

It uses all of the buttons pretty much.
