I'm all for free college if you'll pay for it. The first thing they should teach is that "Free" isn't free. Taking money from someone who has earned it to pay for someone else's' education is not free.
Thos odea is another scam that will promise to get a certain lower economic group. If they have good grades. How it will fail. Is that those who it is designer for. Won't recieve it.
