We aren't beheading people, throwing people off buildings because they are gay, stoning women because they were unfortunate enough to get raped, strapping bombs to children and sending them to martydom, having children execute people, enslaving women and making them sex slaves, mass executing own people, chopping people's hands off for petty theft, molesting young boys etc. etc.

You're right. Obviously, in this country, no one would ever drag someone behind a truck until they were dead because of their gender preference. We would never imprison people for years without the right to a trial and torture and humiliate them until we find out, in some cases, they were totally innocent and let them go. Or do we always let them go? Certainly no one burns crosses on front lawns.. Shoots up movie theaters or shopping malls.. And my god, perish the thought a Christian of any denomination ever molested a little boy. PICS OR IT DIDN'T HAPPEN, right? You're talking about cases of religious EXTREMISM which exist on both sides, it's just that the media we have access to is much more keen on sensationalizing any Muslim atrocities. Not arguing what you just said doesn't happen. It does. But it happens on both sides, and when we consistently utilize drone strikes which kill upwards of 90 percent unarmed civilians, including women and children, I'm not sure how you think we're free to cast stones.

How many bombs have we strapped on to our own children to send to martydom? I don't think any one in U.S. has ever been that LOW, Cowardly, and Evil. How many heads to we lop off daily? Your comparison is pathetically weak. I think we are way above them in intelligence, education, and decency!

We don't live in active war zone, it's impossible to draw fair parallels. Muslim civilian casualties are literally hundreds of not thousands to one in relation to ours. I understand that being born into blood doesn't make killing right but for many, it's the only thing they know. We're lucky to have been immersed in a culture which is flawed but wildly benevolent in contrast.. But they aren't ignorant savages and they've been provoked by imperialist foreign policy. You really think ISIS would have such ease recruiting fanatical militants if we didn't strafe their families hourly? Your argument is the weaker one on the basis that you're apparently incapable of putting yourself in someone else's shoes. Neither side is in the right here. We're all equally guilty, whether by virtue of action or willful ignorance.
