Teaching is hard. Testing isnt a measure of how good you did. It is an indicator of what you have learned and remembered. Different teaching methods are good to be used for different students. Because all students are different.
Learning also is different for each student. Each can associate things they have learned in different ways. Finding a good way to learn about a subject is whats needed. As well as using different teaching in those subjects is also needed. Repetition in teaching gives memory of a subject. But once the student has that memory. The teacher needs to move on.
