time to call someone out

Time to contact some help,... and spread word on that user. One troll is screwing with many people,... and needs to be exposed. I have been here for almost a year and have never had issues,... and even welcome comments that are not in agreement with mine,... as do many other users do very respectfully. But this is very cheap and conniving. Word needs to get passed around.
