i love how everyone tunes out ones they hear the word Socialist, and they start daydreaming about how america will be the next Soviet Russia.

why do people seriously believe this?

yes plans to raise taxes on the Wealthy (millionaire class), Corporations, and close loopholes, typically this won't affect typical americans unless they are making absurdly high amounts of money.

I'm actually for alot of what Socialist say. I Listen and agree to some but then i listen and hear the rest and say OMG. See i'm i've around long enough to have gone through several socialist governments here in Canada Provincially and seem the Havoc they caused. We went from a Top two provinces in Canada down to the bottom two in just under 2 years and took decades to return. We had a Socialist Federal government that brought in Universal healthcare, which was great. But everthing else they did put the country to the brink at a time when the world was experiencing Prosperity. Plus you have only to look at history of other nations to see what uncontrolled socialism such as what is talked about in Bernie's campaign brought. Zimbabwe was called the bread basket of Africa supporting the entire southern continent by itself. Under Mugabe and his socialist party they're now ruined. Venezuala under Chavez virtually similar stories they even went so far as to confiscate all foreign company assests and now have run them into ruin. Then there's the ones in Europe that we could talk about at length. ON the UP side really to the meme i thought it was funny and my intent is really to make people laugh and have fun. I actually pick on both sides. Cheers
