I don't mind getting over when its safe to do so... but people that don't bother to even look at the freeway traffic untill they get near the end of the onramp are just Clueless... that and the ones who are too busy using cell phone apps to bother watching traffic they are about to enter... They expect everyone else to drive for them!!!
