Take those EBT cards away from those lazy disabled veterans,their free loading spouse who provide around the clock care for the wounded warrior and their children,the mooching family's of law enforcement officers who were unexpectedly killed in the line of duty,disabled first responders who just sit around all day watching TV because they were paralyzed by a gunshot wound or falling through a roof while fighting a fire,people that were laid off from a job they had for over 20 years or temporarily on work-comp,senior citizens who blow their social security checks buying medicines,and people with birth defects or cancer.... Good idea,take away their EBT assistance because they don't deserve it at all,no more free rides,just let them all live on the street and starve to death.

I completely agree it's there for a purpose. I also, see people use the system. This, however, is a double edged sword type of meme.

You're right,it is.And even though there are abusers of the system computer information sharing and strong qualifying guidelines have cut those numbers way down making it difficult for fraud,not impossible but difficult.
For me,memes like this or a platform of "almost all people on assistance programs are lazy,able bodied and taking advantage of a free ride that's causing the individual taxpayer to go broke" when the reality is that with combined Federal/state tax the average amount of cost to the individual is $8-$15 a month ... A small price to pay if you keep in mind most will get a refund of at least $100 and support of those systems only makes sense considering one day you or your family very well might have to depend on them in case of hard circumstances.Memes like this perpetuate a myth that divides our society.
The greatest amount of taxpayers money is used on military actions,weapons and supplies.... If anything a meme that says"I plan to stop using $800,000 bombs to blowup a $50 mud and brick buildings on the other side of the planet,to stop sending citizens into senseless wars that create thousands of disabled vets that require assistance and instead use that money to cut our nations debt as well as a portion to be spent on America and Americans by rebuilding failing infrastructures that will create thousands of jobs that in turn generate revenue in our economy along with making sure the wages and hours for those workers are enough to live above poverty so that they do not need an EBT card.
I know it's just a meme but I felt compelled to state my opinion.

Good points,... but I always remind people,... thewse are "memes" that use the humor of the "extreme right",... "extreme left".... extreme religious view,.. extreme muslim jihadist,.. Christian,.. etc. I make memes and get over the top comments like the meme is is reflecting a new Federal regulation that everyone must comment on before it gets legislated! =) (Then the comments get ugly) I wanna scream sometimes,.... "its a f*cking meme!" Then there is the % that5 won't tolerate another opinion. Political religious memes are often a product of experiences,... EBT and Welfare being one. In my state,.. it is VASTLY abused,... folks argue that 5 years is the limit but it is NOT in reality. Welfare falls under different programs,... may stop under one program,.. get rebooted under another with same benifits. Thus the abuse,... that many of us see. Is it like that in all states,... nope. Bujt the viewer of my meme,... who may criticize it is only familiar with what they see see welfare doing in their area. Anyway,... you get the pic,... I liked your comment... in that you were polite and offered an Opinion,.. and respected someones elses. That respect is not so common anymore in thread comments. =)
