A person's worth and the money make two different subjects in my opinion, but I catch your drift. You mean that generally, some people that withdraw money from a person's figurative "worth" then complain somehow salaries aren't even. By extent, you reveal a conradiction in their thought pattern : if a person's value isn't based on money, then why should they care ?
I wonder if there would be a more explicit/clear/defined way to caption the meme though, I have to admit it had a vague impact on me.
