I was going to outline his skeleton and "junk" but thought it would be easier to outline his puppet frame. And those three colors are the classic cartoon colors for electrocution. :{

Looney Tunes has done worse. And look at Spongebob. Even with the smoke and sizzle, my meme is mild compared to what children these days watch on TV.
