Sit and let me tell you the story of mayonnaise and the titanic:
If you never knew, Mexicans love their mayo and the titanic was carrying a lot of it (about 12,500 jars of it, which is a lot of mayonnaise.) The mayonnaise shipment was supposed to arrive in Mexico on the fifth of may. When the titanic went down, the Mexicans mourned the loss so much that may fifth is also a national mourning day (for mayonnaise).
