Amen means 'so be it', or 'it is so'. It is an expression of concurrence or assent. It does not mean 'ditto'.

Anyway, it's Greek/Hebrew, not Latin.

Dictionary.Com doesn't lie. It's the same thing we're just explaining it in different ways. But 'amen' is not interchangeable with 'ditto.' 'Ditto' means 'duh.'
