Yeah, welfare is just like slavery, because when you eventually get off welfare (as most who are able to do) the authorities come and take you out of your new situation and put you right back on welfare.
If you're saying that the welfare system is a result, and not a cause, of a big upheaval in our economy compared to pre-industrial days upon which a lot of our economic discourse is still based, I'm with you.
What I am saying is Democrats/Socialistic Government attempts to replace comfortable livelihoods that free enterprise and Capitalism naturally affords with a token allowance to pacify it's chatel and it has failed miserably!
The increase in technology would only accentuate the positive of a free enterprise system. It is Democratic/Socialistic ideas
that put the livlihoods of peoples in other Nations before the people of our own making it lucrative for outsourcing jobs overseas;thereby, leaving
a severe job deficit in our own country. The Democratic solution to this is the welfare system (it pacifies). It is easy to see in comparison of the two modules that Capitalism (Free Enterprise:note, see the word FREE=Freedom while Socialism(Control-Note:see the word CONTROL)=Enslavement. Rethink your axioms.
Pieces of shit always working the system so they can bleed our country dry. An 18-year-old young man from an inner-city in New Jersey once said to me , " once you get a taste of that free money, there ain't nothing like it
DEMOCRATS, ONCE UPON A TIME WE WERE HOUSED AND FED AND HAD LITTLE OPPORTUNITY TO RISE ABOVE IT; I THINK IT WAS CALLED WELFARE OR SLAVERY OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT
