After you create a new meme go to image page. Select edit. In the text box that opens you can type in a title, Beneath that you can start adding tags by typing in that box, the site will give you options based on what you are typing in or you can hit enter to keep the tag you typed in. Most will tell you to always use the "meme" tag as one of your choices.
