When I'm stuck for ideas, the first thing I do is go to My Images and select "Non-submitted Images" and scroll through them for a while (mostly they're meme comments I put on other people's memes, or early drafts of a "meme in progress" I gave up on a while back).
Sometimes one of them will give me an idea for a meme.
