No, actually it is. Every firearm is an individual, just like a meme. There are small differences between identical guns, factory brass is made to fit all of them. But, if you try some "custom" adjustments, you'll find a "Sweet Spot" for that particular gun or meme.. My brother and I have identical rifles the were hand built one after another. My custom bullets do not event fit in his gun. To achieve the same prefomance out of both, the rounds are different lengths, different amour of different powder! You may think it's odd, but it's a fact. Just like race cars, you have to tweak them in individual ways, what might work on one car, may not work on another! I got another meme out right now, too!
