I can't publicly mourn his loss because I'll get grouped in with the band wagoners.

Bowie was one of the first old rock stars I started listening to. My father had a few
of his records, Aladdin Sane, Ziggy, Space Oddity... I grew up on Bowie.
I pre-ordered Blackstar, and even made a meme about being amped for
his new album. Literally, the day I get the news of his death, I get his album
in the mail.

I have always been and will always be a true David Bowie fan.

Rest in peace, you jazzy s**t.
