is there a video or link you can share how to cut a face out (instead of just cropping squares)? thanks in advance!

I use Gimp which is a free tool. It's a bit tricky to use but worth learning. The main idea is to use layers, where layers have images with a transparent background so you can put in front of another picture/layer. I'm sure there are online tutorials because it is a popular program.

He did? Gee he's really dumb. Still this is a terrible joke that shouldn't be featured. If I see any more terrible memes from this poster I'm gonna flag him to death.
