I make food, and ring up transactions. I also restock sold product. That is not "socializing". What I do is not necessarily "skilled" labor (anyone can do itwith minimal training), but I do have to physically be there to do it, and do it for my full shift. What I am asking is what skill you have that is sooooooooo special that it exempts you from standard expectations, and that you think you should get paid a full day for 30 minutes of work. There are people who have those skills, but at this point you sound entitled and full of yourself.
