Not in my family!! No phones allowed at the dinner table!! Of course I'm lucky I have a teenage daughter that if I wanted to punish her I'd say, "no going for walks in the woods" not "give me your phone." She is not like kids today.

My parent's don't even have cell phones, and mine is just a phone and meme maker when I'm not at my laptop lol. The only problem with our family dinners is my sister. She was on the phone this Thanksgiving and asked me to pass the gravy. I told her maybe she should text somebody and see if they would bring it to her lmao!

Appreciate the concern, but I assure you she is more safe here than any place like school we send our kids to. She is very capable of defending herself, and even if she wasn't our dogs would eat any stranger that tried to get close to her ;)
