I'm a fan of the Ewok movies too. The Gorax used to scare the shit out of me. And those boar-wolves too. In fact, both of those films make me think of the stereotype that Germanic fairy tales are scary and not really kid friendly. lol

A critique of this template of mine though, is that the head on GE should have been small enough to see the hood that Wicket wears. But with the ears poking up. Just my opinion though and your meme is still great. :{

It's really that he's been in so many films that people remember his name now. The only roles I've seen him in that I even liked were Heat, Anchorman, and Fanboys.

Machete was the only horrible role to me, but it's really just the racist tone of the film and not his "performance". I haven't seen the one where he's an old man vigilante(?) yet.

His bit parts are always ancillary though. He needs to try being under FX makeup like an ET or monster. Maybe he should try to be Frankenstein or the Wolfman sometime and maybe try another accent?

He's cool, but he's not like Depp or Pacino or Ledger. I like actors who can change their whole behavior and Trejo is JUST badass. One character trait in all his characters and based on his appearance alone. And he's real, I don't doubt that he's been through some shit, but can only portray one character so far.

Kind of like how Milla Jovovich is always the bad ass chick now. Or Arnold Schwarzenegger is always that same guy. lol Sorry Arnold. :{

Yeah he is a bit one sided when it comes to acting, being a huge fan of anything zombie. I have seen him in at least 3 low budget zombie movies that were decent. Of course you have to take that with a grain of salt from me, because I will watch any crappy movie with a zombie in it lol

No, I haven't seen it. I might watch it though. And yeah 28 Days is better. It's got to be in the top ten of Zombie genre films.

Youtube does have some hidden treasures. I've never watched any zombie stuff on there though. :{

The key to youtube is just searching for like, "great scifi movies" And searching the list. If they name it after the title then the copyright police find it too easy.

I didn't really like WWZ. So far, 28 Days/28Weeks and the Dawn of the Dead remake have done fast zombies that were scary and believable.

But I do like the Evil Dead series so my view on fast zombies is picky I guess. lol :{

That's cool, I thought 28 days was much better than 28 weeks, but I will seriously watch any horrible sometimes even no budget youtube movies if there is a zombie in it lol. Have you seen Cockneys vs Zombies, it's on Netflix.

Have you seen the Dead(takes place in Africa) and the Dead 2:India? To me, those are the best two modern zombie films.

They're obvious Romero inspired/cloned films, but the stories in each were great. The acting is acting, but the first films two main characters are cool. :{

Yes in fact I own both of those, they are good though I wanted more of an ending in the first one. I am now going to watch the second one again because I just realized I have only watched them once. I think World War Z was outstanding and am greatly anticipating the second one!

Fanatics of a franchise should by definition be excessively into that franchise.

"Casual fan" is an oxymoron. There's also no way you can be a fan and only be casual about it.

English is a great language when people use a word based on its definition and not just the context the user thinks it's used in. lol I'm sure this will be labeled Definition Nazi.

So, I think a SW fan is someone who is excessive;y into it. A person who is casually into it is more likely a sci fi fan. A space fan, or film fan. They're not into SW excessively, but are entertained by the films.

And the meme is just that line from the Watchmen with GE. The title gives it the idea that TFA is terrible and the fake "fans" are even starting to see it. :{

I would think the agenda was geared more towards the male SW fans. Which tends to be white males. And with all the pseudo intellectual talk of "white privilege/guilt"... :{
