I took this picture AFTER the water had already receded 5 feet. This was actually a couple months ago but the water was at the same level it is now. No worries, the people with the car were rescued.
Same here, poured rain all day and then snowed/iced on top of it. Put the tow strap in the truck in case I needed to help anyone out, then got up this morning and the roads were dry. Wish it would make up its mind.
