The first amendment is under serious attack. But, I'll still gladly fight for the rights of the whiners to whine because ultimately the right to speak the truth freely comes with the right to lie freely.

Yep, Freedom of Speech includes the freedom to whine. It also includes the right to tell those who whine to STFU ;-)
